This guide explains the detailed pricing rules and usage conditions for Locker Pass. If anything is not specified here, the Locker Pass Terms of Service ("Terms") will apply.
Unless otherwise stated, all prices are shown in Japanese Yen (JPY), tax included.

1. Pricing Concept
Locker Pass uses a "Simple & Flat" pricing model:
- All lockers are the same size (XXL-size) and have the same price
- Basic price: 1,000 yen per day
- Short stay (within 3 hours): 500 yen
- Day boundary: 2:00 AM (Japan time)
2. Locker Size & Payment Methods
2.1. Locker Size

2.2. Payment Methods
Locker Pass is completely cashless. Cash is not accepted.

2.3. Receipts

3. Basic Pricing Plans
3.1. 1 Day Pass (full-day use)

Example: Check-in: Apr 1, 10:00 → Valid until Apr 2, 2:00 AM (charge: 1,000 yen)
3.2. Short Stay (within 3 hours)

| Condition | Total usage time from check-in to checkout is 3 hours or less (3.0h included) |
| Crossing 2:00 AM | If your total time is within 3 hours, Short Stay (500 yen) applies even if you cross 2:00 AM. |
Example 1: 10:00 → 12:30 (2.5 hours) → 500 yen
Example 2: 1:00 AM → 2:30 AM (1.5 hours, crosses 2:00 AM) → 500 yen (Short Stay has priority over the 2:00 AM day boundary)
3.3. Authorization (Pre-authorization) & Final Charge

4. Reservation, Changes & Cancellation
4.1. When is a reservation confirmed?
A reservation is confirmed when:
- You enter the required information on the booking screen, and
- Payment authorization is successfully completed.
After that, a Reservation ID (PIN) is sent to you by email.
4.2. Reservation window
You can make a reservation from now up to 72 hours (3 days) ahead.
4.3. Changing a reservation

4.4. Cancellation fees

| From start time to +60 minutes | ¥500 | 500 yen is charged as a cancellation fee. Remaining hold is released. |
| 60+ minutes after start time (No-Show) | ¥500 | Reservation is automatically cancelled as a No-Show. 500 yen is charged. |
4.5. How to cancel
- Use the link in your confirmation email, or
- Use your Reservation ID (PIN) in the web app.
Note: The timing of refund/reflection on your statement depends on your card issuer and payment provider.
5. Extension Fees
5.1. Manual Extension (before 2:00 AM)

Example: Apr 1, 10:00 check-in → normal expiry: Apr 2, 2:00 AM Manual extension at Apr 1, 23:30 → new expiry: Apr 3, 2:00 AM → An extra 1,000 yen is added.
5.2. Automatic Extension (no manual action)

| Effect | Expiry time is extended by +24 hours and 1,500 yen is charged automatically |
| Breakdown | ¥1,000 (normal extension) + ¥500 (late/unauthorized extension fee) |
Example: No manual extension, luggage still inside at Apr 2, 2:00 AM → Automatic extension triggers at 2:00 AM → 1,500 yen is charged, expiry moves to Apr 3, 2:00 AM.
Note: Even if automatic payment temporarily fails, your luggage will not be discarded immediately. However, you must settle any unpaid amounts before or at checkout.
5.3. Reminder Emails
We may send reminder emails when your expiry time is near. However:
- We do not guarantee that emails will always be sent or received, and
- Even if you do not receive a reminder, you are still responsible for all fees and charges according to the Terms and this guide.
6. Usage Time & Day Boundary
6.1. Definition of "1 day"

6.2. Short Stay Priority Rule
If your total usage time is within 3 hours (including exactly 3 hours), then:
- Short Stay (500 yen) has priority, even if your usage crosses 2:00 AM.
Example: 1:00 AM → 2:30 AM (1.5 hours, crosses 2:00 AM) → 500 yen
7. Maximum Storage Time (72-Hour Rule)
7.1. Maximum continuous storage time

7.2. If storage exceeds 72 hours
If luggage is left inside for more than 72 hours from the initial check-in, we will:

9. Compensation & Disclaimer
For full details, please refer to the Terms, Article 14.

10. Price Changes

| Notice | As a rule, we aim to announce changes on our website at least 14 days before they take effect. |
In case of major events such as natural disasters or legal changes, we may not be able to follow the 14-day rule, but we will do our best to give reasonable notice.
