Introduction

LockerPass is a luggage storage service that accommodates large suitcases up to 46cm wide.

STEP 1: Make a Reservation

1-1. Access the Web App

Open the web app using the link below or scan the QR code at the location.

1-2. Select Date and Time

  • Start time: When you'll store your luggage
  • End time: When you plan to retrieve your luggage

1-3. Complete Payment

Follow the on-screen instructions to complete payment.

1-4. Reservation Complete → Check Your 6-Digit PIN

After booking, you'll receive a confirmation email at the address you provided.

The email contains your 6-digit PIN code.

When you'll need the PIN code:

  • When using a different device
  • If your phone battery dies
  • For troubleshooting recovery

Save the email or write down the PIN code.

STEP 2: Store Your Luggage

PIN Entry May Not Be Required on the Same Device

If you're using the same device (same phone, same browser) you booked with, you may be able to proceed without entering the PIN.

If using a different device, you'll need to enter the 6-digit PIN code.

2-1. Arrive at the Locker

When you arrive at the reserved location, look for the QR code on the locker.

2-2. Scan the QR Code

Scan the QR code with your phone's camera to open the web app.

2-3. Unlock

Follow the on-screen instructions to unlock.

2-4. Store Your Luggage

You'll hear a "click" as the door opens. Place your luggage inside.

2-5. Close Door and Confirm Lock [IMPORTANT]

After storing your luggage, close the door firmly.

Be sure to follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the lock.

If you skip this step, check-in won't be completed.

When the screen shows "Lock Complete" or "In Use," storage is complete.

STEP 3: Retrieve Your Luggage

3-1. Open the Web App

Access the web app using one of these methods:

  • Open the same browser screen from storage
  • Scan the locker QR code again
  • Access via the link in your confirmation email

3-2. Unlock

Follow the on-screen instructions to unlock.

If using a different device, enter your 6-digit PIN code.

When the door opens, remove all your belongings.

3-4. Complete

After retrieving your luggage, close the door and you're done.

Troubleshooting

Forgot Your PIN Code

Check your confirmation email. If you can't find the email, you can recover access through identity verification on the recovery screen.

Door Won't Open

Your luggage may be pressing against the door from inside. Try pushing the door firmly while attempting to unlock.

Lock Confirmation Won't Complete

Make sure the door is fully closed and try again. If the connection is unstable, wait a few seconds and retry.

No. LockerPass is a web app that works in standard browsers like Safari and Chrome.

Do I need a reservation?

Yes, reservation is required. You can book on-site if lockers are available, but we recommend booking in advance.
