Reservations & Payments
Do I need to install an app?
No. LockerPass is a web app that works in standard browsers like Safari and Chrome.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit cards (Visa / Mastercard / JCB / Amex / Diners), Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Cash is not accepted.
Can I get a receipt?
Yes. The "Usage Completed" email sent after checkout serves as your receipt.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Free cancellation before the reservation start time. Cancellation fees apply after the start time.

Can I change my reservation?
No. Changing the date/time or locker is not supported. Please cancel and make a new reservation.
Size & Luggage
What size luggage can I store?
Large suitcases (XXL-size, up to 46cm wide).
Please check your suitcase size before booking.

What items are prohibited?
Cash, valuables, high-value electronics, fragile items, and dangerous goods cannot be stored.

Usage
What are the operating hours?
Available 24 hours.
How much does it cost?
¥1,000 per day, or ¥500 for short stays within 3 hours.

What is the day boundary?
The day boundary is 2:00 AM (Japan time).

Can I extend my reservation?
Yes, you can extend through the web app. Extension fees vary depending on timing.

How long can I store my luggage?
Maximum 72 hours (3 days).
If exceeded, a ¥11,000 handling fee will be charged and your luggage will be removed and reported to the police as lost property.

Can a friend unlock the locker for me?
Yes. Share the URL from your confirmation email or your 6-digit PIN code, and they can unlock from their phone.
Troubleshooting
I forgot my PIN code
Check your confirmation email. If you can't find it, you can recover access through identity verification using your card number.

The locker won't open
Your luggage may be pressing against the door from inside. Push the door firmly while attempting to unlock.

Lock confirmation won't complete
Make sure the door is fully closed and try again. The lock confirmation won't complete if the door isn't fully closed.
I forgot to lock after storing my luggage
Open the web app and press the "Lock Confirm" button immediately. Contact support if the issue persists.
I left something in the locker
Contact support with your usage date/time and locker number.
